Warranty Policy
1. What does the warranty cover?
QBCLE provides warranty coverage for all moving and functional parts of its products during the warranty period. The company will always aim to provide service within this period.
\2. Who decides whether a part is repaired or replaced?
The decision to repair or replace any product part lies solely with QBCLE, based on the assessment report provided by the company’s customer care representative.
3. Are replacement parts guaranteed to be available?
Replacement of specific parts is subject to stock availability.
If the same part isn’t available, QBCLE reserves the right to offer a similar alternative at a discounted price.
4. How will my warranty claim be resolved?
Your claim may be resolved in one of two ways:
- A visit from a service technician,
OR - Shipping of replacement spare parts for the affected components.
5. Can I install the replacement parts myself?
Yes. QBCLE’s warranty service allows you to self-service your product.
If the issue is covered under warranty:
- Replacement parts are shipped free of charge.
- Installation instructions will be provided.
You may choose to:
- Install the parts yourself,
- Hire a third party,
However, QBCLE is not responsible for any labour costs.
6. What if I need parts that are not covered under warranty?
Parts not included in the limited warranty can be purchased separately, subject to stock availability and at a reasonable price.
QBCLE is not obligated to maintain inventory of non-warranty items.
7. Who is eligible to claim warranty service?
- The original purchaser is covered under this warranty.
- Heirs or assignees may claim warranty only by presenting the original order number.
Note: The warranty period begins on the delivery date to the original buyer and does not extend if ownership changes.
What does the LIMITED warranty include?
All functional components of the product are covered.
For Chairs:
- Mechanism
- Hydraulic Gas Lift
- Base Stand and Wheels
- Mesh Chair Armrest for selected models.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
- Cosmetic appearance or any damage from normal wear and tear
- Issues due to aging, discoloration, or fabric/leather changes
- Scratches, dents, wrinkles, fading, foam compression, etc.
- Damage from:
- Improper installation not arranged by QBCLE
- Improper maintenance or misuse
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Mis handling or improper handling while transit or Delivery if any.

Kindly include the following details in your email:
- Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Images or videos clearly showing the problem
- A copy of your Invoice or Warranty Certificate
- Your contact information
Once we receive your request, a service ticket will be generated. Our Customer Service team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 working hours, and we will aim to resolve your issue within 7 to 14 working days from the date of complaint.
